Shipping costs for orders from fotoworlduk.co.uk depend upon the method and option you choose. All items in an order are grouped together by total weight.
We aim to despatch all in-stock items ordered before 3pm same day. In-stock items ordered after 3pm are dispatched next day.
Our aim is to deliver all orders within 72 hours of your order being placed.
If an item is not in stock then we will email you to tell you when we expect to recieve new stocks and to keep you informed of an approximate delivery date.
You may return most items sold by fotoworlduk.co.uk within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs except under the following conditions:
1) An item is faulty. (please note we vigourously test all faulty items)
2) The item you recieve is not what you ordered.
3) Your item arrives damaged. (we will require you to fill out a simple form to enable us to make a claim against the carrier should this happen).
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any product missing the serial number or shipping code.
In addition, we will not issue refunds for the return of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any Camera that has obvious signs of use.
Any CD, DVD or MEMORY CARD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Damaged or Defective Items
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? If the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer to see if they can have this part shipped directly to you. You can usually find contact information listed in the product manual that came with the item. We will ask you to indicate the number of items you are returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.
